Shipping – Policy
We ship exclusively threw the United States Postal Office which delivers 6 days a week Monday-Saturday.
Currently the only USPS service we offer is First Class Packages – According to the post office, this service provides delivery in 3-5 business days from the time they receive the package, but has been known to take up to 21 days according to their representatives.
We will ship out most orders withing 48 hrs from the time of sale. If a significant delay is expected we will contact the you at which point you can cancel the order for a full refund if you so choose.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order has shipped. Some times you man not receive the email. Please check your spam box for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can log into your account and track the package form there.
Discretion: We ship in plain epacket envelopes, plain brown boxes, or usps flat rate boxes depending on what is ordered. The shipping label will be from SAB WHOLESALE and addressed to the name and address you entered as the shipping address during checkout.
If your package says delivered but you have not received the package, please report this to your local postman and/or post office. There are many reasons the package may say delivered even though it has not been. Common reasons are that the postman ran out of time, marked it as delivered and plans to deliver the next day; or he delivered to the wrong address and they return it to him so he can correct the issue. But one reason you need to contact your post office anyway is to hold them accountable. The more reports they get, the easier it is to track patterns. If they don’t know theft or mistakes are happening it will just keep getting worse for you and your neighbors.
If you contact us about a package that says delivered but you have not received it yet, we will have to contact the post office(not your local post office) to start an investigation before we can take any further action. The process is a lot quicker for the customer to contact their local post office.
Lost Package: If a package has been lost in the mail or the tracking shows it hasn’t moved for over a week, we have to start an investigation with the post office before we can remedy the situation – please use the “Contact Us” page for further assistance
Cancellation & Return – Policy
Cancel Before Ship – You can cancel your order anytime before it ships and we will give you a full refund.
Cancel After Ship – We will only take back products that have not been removed from the original shipping package. If you wish to cancel and your order has already shipped you will need to contact us and let us know you wish to cancel. You then will need to put return to sender on the package once you receive it in the mail as you will only receive a partial refund once we receive the package back in it’s original shipping packaging. After we receive the package back and verify the condition, we will refund the cost of the product and the applicable taxes, however the Shipping fee will not be refunded.
If we do not receive the package back, or receive it back and it was not in the original shipping package no refund will be given what so ever!
Refund – Policy
All sales are final, however, we will issue refunds in the following ways:
- Full Refund – If an order is canceled before it ships
- Refund Minus Shipping Cost – Order returned in original shipping package with words “return to sender”. You must contact us before returning
- No Refund – Your product breaks from usage. There is no warranty on out products, however under proper use our products will last a long time.
- Our Discretion – Sometimes there are flaws in manufacturing and we realize that. If your product breaks on the first use, or very little use, or within a couple days of receiving it; or if there is a major flaw we missed during our quality control we may replace the item or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
